Tovah Kopan spent years learning how to walk the fine line of femininity in the workplace to make men comfortable, but she shifted the paradigm when she realized it was limiting her life. This shift, paired with a move to leave the practice of law after six years, followed by a divorce, allowed Tovah to take ownership of her existence.
There are few people like Tovah—throughout her career, she has continued to be a serial helper. She is driven to help people set and reach goals, empowering them to chart their own paths to success.
It is Tovah’s rich personal and professional history that informs her ability to help others. She invested years into becoming a successful lawyer, but knew she could better serve others by being a legal research consultant, training and coaching teams of lawyers to reach their goals. Her evolution extended beyond the legal field and she became a health coach, implementing specific nutrition and fitness plans for individuals and families.
As a single parent, Tovah knows the power of preserving the parent-child relationship. In 2018, she co-founded Lawyer Moms Action in response to the illegal separation of migrant children from their parents by the U.S. government.
Whatever the realm may be, Tovah Kopan is driven to help those in need. As a co-founder of the Go Boldly Initiative, Tovah’s mission is to help women live their best lives.
