There is nothing inherently wrong with transitions, in fact transitions are exciting and can lead to wonderful growth but…every transition can cause unexpected stress. This week Tovah and Rielly, who both handle change very differently, discuss how we maintain our identities while living through life’s major transitions.
Change can impact how we view the world and ourselves. How do we handle change so we can embrace change and celebrate it?
We dive deep into answering that question. Finding calm in our lives and ensuring we are compassionate with ourselves, even when it’s hard is so important. Making sure we have calm in our lives before the storm is how we can prepare.
